We were engaged in transporting an oversized device from Estonia to Egypt using air transport.
Initially, the plan was to transport the equipment by sea. However, due to production delays, the transport solution had to be revised, and the equipment was transported by air. Shipping by sea would have taken approximately 30 days, but using air transport, the total transport time was 9 days. Out of this, the actual flight time was only 1 day. The remaining time was spent transporting the cargo to Amsterdam, handling shipping formalities, and waiting for the flight. Special permits were required for the transport to Amsterdam as the shipment was 2.68 meters wide.
